the monitors used on sega DX driving cabinets Scud Race DX, Sega Rally 2 DX, Daytona USA 2

Would anyone know if the monitor can support all three arcade outputs, 15, 24, 31 khz. the manual on sega's page doesn't say anything about if it can......
