I've just received this kit and don't have a manual to check I'm setting It up correctly (the jamma connector has a sticker on It saying do not use). Does anyone have a copy for sale or know how to hook It up?

Crikey, I'm not sure, best to speak to Konami themselves about it, or maybe your local arcade distributor.

If it says do not use the JAMMA harness dont use it, it may blow up the board as the power may not work the same, although I'm not sure in this case how it would work, has it got no other connectors?

I'd love some hi-res shots of the pcb and a list of the components please!

Cheers,

I received the manual in the post today (Jap version) so at least I now know the voltages required for the 2 power leads. On inspecting the manual the set-up is based around the Windy II candy cab, I tried fitting the joystick panel onto my Super Neo Geo 29 and Its slightly smaller and the built-in card reader wouldn't fit. I guess I will have to try and get a Windy II soon as I'm not touching the Neo Geo and I can't stand superguns.
As I said the jamma edge connector has been covered by Konami with a red warning label but on inspection of the manual you use a connector that links up to a sort of jamma fingerboard inside the Windy II. The outputs are via 2 vga ports at either 15Hz or 31Hz, unlike the information given to me by coinop express that It was medium resolution.

I had In my set 2 x control panels, a&b leads, motherboard, 128 flash card and extras (stickers, marquee ,etc)

If It's possible I will post the photos here, just let me know how to do It and I will post them.

Happy New Year.
