After downloading large volume alcohol files into my main unit the picture becomes blurred and the controls non-responsive. If I continue the download my system automatically reverts to the 'Hong Kong massage parlour' simulation before eventually shutting down. When I manage to re-boot I find that certain information is permanently lost. Is this normal?

That'll work as well, either that or inject yourself if drain cleaner always works,
