Sure, grab the mame romset and get someone to burn 13N and 14N to appropriate eeproms and then just replace them.

If that doesnt work sign up to rgvac (if us or whatever) or ukvac (if UK) and ask for some assistance on there, someone should be able to help you out I imagine.

Although, in my experience xexex board tend to be a bit fragile by all accounts...
