Hi, I have a pair of Sport Fishing 2's. One boots to the st-v screen and says check cartridge, and the other boots and says check cdrom.

Both units are missing the ribbon cable that goes from the cdrom to the pcb.

Neither cdrom shows any sign of life. They do not spin up, nor will the eject. I used a paperclip to manually eject the trays. They both have the cd in and the cd's look perfect.

I need some advice on either fixing or replacing the cdroms and also where can I get a compatible ribbon cable?

Thanks in advance for any and all help!
