Replying to my own post...

A bit of research suggests that the game is JVS compliant, for the most part, except for the power connectors (one is JVS, the other two are proprietary and marked as "3.3V" and "12V")...

Anyone know a good place to get matching connectors? I assume I could use something like a Sega NAOMI I/O board to convert to a standard JAMMA pinout?

Does anyone have more detailed information on the two proprietary power connectors?
