I just purchased a Golden Axe game, and there is some other interface inbetween the on that hooks to the pcb and the compontents. There was a diagram inside the cabinet that says jamma pinout. The wires coming from the Sega pcb connector are soldered onto this other board that appears to be Jamma. As a result the sound doesn't work and the video is messed up. Should I attempt to rewire this using only the Sega connector? I'm a novice, not very good at soldering, but I can figure it out. Are there any good online references to rewiring a cabinet? I found one but the parts don't really look at all like the ones on the diagrams. Thanks.
