THE GAME
The game is based on the classic game of Pong, if you have never played it before where have you been for the last couple of decades? :) Basically think of Pong as a game of Tennis, you control the racket and must return the ball to your opponents half of the court. If you miss the ball you will loose a point. However in this version to keep in tune with the Street Fighter theme you will loose a portion of your energy. Players can now also launch fireballs at their opponent which if properly timed will stun them for a few vital seconds which could make them miss the ball.
CONTROLS
Two player games are not played via a link cable on two machines, that is way out of my league at the moment! Instead both players share one machine.

RELEASE NOTES
Pong Fighter has been tested on hardware and is not fully compatible at the moment. I wanted to get this release finished in time for the release of BoyCott Advance and didnt have time to fix it. Expect a new release that is hardware compatible shortly.
VERSION HISTORY
v1.0 - First public release exclusively for Gollums excellent BoyCott Advance emulator.
PLANNED FOR FUTURE
Plenty of scope for new features and improvements but not enough time and knowledge to implement them at the moment. Here is what I would like to see in future versions:
- Sort out that damn CPU AI.. way too easy to beat!
- Music and SFX
- Multiple characters and backgrounds to choose from
- A tournament based game fighting against different players in one player mode
- Power ups such as slow down opponent, multi ball, super fireballs etc
- Two player link up :)
