loopynes v0.51 --------------------------------------------------------------

Mappers 1,2,3,4,7,9,15,64,VS(99?) are supported (somewhat).  The GUI is
incomplete.  If you can't figure out how to make something work, I haven't
done it yet.  You probably need a SB16 or better to hear anything.

command line options --------------------------------------------------------

        -v#     = change video mode.  0=320x200  1=320x240  2=256x224

controls (redefinable from GUI) ---------------------------------------------

        arrows  = L/R/U/D
        enter   = start
        tab     = select
        shift   = B
        z       = A

    other stuff:

        break   = reset
        F1-F4   = save state
        F5-F8   = load state
        ~       = insert coin
        1-8     = toggle dip switch
